The case
Two lower molars had been missing for years and the neighbouring teeth had started to tilt into the gap.
Two implants placed in one visit under local anaesthetic, with a small bone graft on one side. A temporary covered the gap while the bone healed.
Crowns fitted four months later. At the one-year review both implants are stable and he chews on that side again.
