A common concern
I chipped a front tooth
A small chip is usually repaired with composite bonding in a single visit, with no drilling and often no anaesthetic. Larger fractures, or a tooth that has darkened, may need a veneer or a crown.
If the tooth is painful or the chip reaches the nerve, come in sooner. Chips are easier to repair before the edges wear further.
