The fear here is that everything has to come out. In most mouths it does not. Worn teeth, old crowns and a collapsed bite are rebuilt in stages, keeping every tooth that can be kept, and you wear a trial version of the new bite before anything is final.

How it works
Step 01
Photographs, scans, bite records and X-rays. We list which teeth are stable, which need treatment and which cannot be saved.
Visit 1
Step 02
The new bite height is tested with temporary material for a few weeks. You eat and speak with it before anything is made in porcelain.
Weeks 2 to 6
Step 03
Root canals, gum treatment and implants where needed, usually quadrant by quadrant.
Months 1 to 4
Step 04
Crowns, onlays and veneers are fitted in planned groups so you are never without teeth.

What it costs
Full mouth cases are priced per tooth and per stage, so the total depends on how many teeth are restored and whether implants are included. Most full mouth plans start from EGP 180,000. The plan is written and staged so the cost spreads over the treatment, and payment plans are available.
Questions patients ask
Rarely. The aim of full mouth restoration is to keep every tooth that has a healthy root and enough structure. Only teeth that cannot be saved are replaced.
Usually three to six months, longer if implants are part of the plan. Work is staged so you always have teeth to eat with.
Yes. Old crowns are removed, the tooth underneath is assessed and treated, and a new crown is made to fit the new bite.
A temporary version of your new teeth, in acrylic or composite, worn for a few weeks so you can test chewing, speech and appearance before the final porcelain is made.
Each stage is done under local anaesthetic. Longer appointments are broken with rests, and sedation can be discussed for anxious patients.
