The case
Worn teeth, several failing crowns from different decades and a bite that had dropped, with jaw ache most mornings.
A trial bite in temporary material for five weeks, then root canals where needed, two implants, and ceramic crowns and onlays fitted quadrant by quadrant.
Nine visits over six months. The bite height is restored, he reports the morning ache has settled, and every tooth with a healthy root was kept.
